Recently we been busy designing and producing our 3D printing parts in house, continue to support all the existing blasters in the market ranging from Worker blasters to our very own Firefly and even new releases such as the Zius BK1S/2S blaster. It seems that the whole market been shifting towards developing their own blaster and usually you can only rely on the original manufacturer to produce upgrade or mod parts for it. We feel there's a gap and it's critical for 3rd party companies to support these blasters so we get to see more development within the hobby.

We been ramping up our mini farm, optimizing processes, from remote printing, AI camera monitoring, centralizing file server to optimizing our print models, and we managed to achieve a good production speed. With these improvements, we are able to lower the cost and hence we are officially revising all our 3D printed part (stuffs that we produce in house) to a lower price substantially!

We been getting a lot of questions on what we print on, so we think it's time we clear this up. Most items are printed in PLA+/PLA MAX, with some parts in TPU. We use higher quality PLA+ and PLA Max to ensure better finishing and mechanical properties compared to normal PLA. Even with reduced prices, we are not compromising on final product quality because we believe our products represent us and we are definitely not cutting corners over there. We usually print on 40% infill and 4 walls (0.8mm thickness) on all no-stress part at 0.2mm resolution. Certain parts that requires more strength such as plunger rod will be printed in 100% infill and 0.12mm resolution for finer detail to ensure air seal etc. For example, our BCAR is printed in 100% infill and 0.12mm resolution to get the maximum performance and durability from the BCAR. We exchange knowledge with Shanye on 3D printing so our setup actually closely reassembled what Shanye have as well, from printer to filament used.

Filaments used:
Black - CC3D PLA MAX (Similar to Shanye)
White - CC3D PLA MAX (Similar to Shanye)
Orange - CC3D PLA MAX (Similar to Shanye)
Dark Grey - CC3D PLA MAX (Similar to Shanye)
Other Colors - ESUN PLA+
TPU 95A - ESUN TPU 95A
